An honest review from someone who paid in full with cash for vinyl fencing.Mr Ritchie is attentively to details and listens to the needs of his customers but unfortunately his team is not as careful as they should be.C Ritchie Fencing offered competitive pricing and completed the work more or less on time. What went wrong is his team buried one of my survey markers under cement and damaged several sprinkler heads. The sprinkler heads were far enough away from the fence posts so I think they were damaged when they were using a metal rake to spread and level sand along the fence line.Whoever damaged the sprinkler heads probably knew they damaged them but did not inform me of the damage. This is unfortunate and a bit dishonourable.Furthermore, it took several calls to have one of the post caps installed that was missed on the final day.In short, if you hire this company, then you will need to be watchful and inspect their work carefully. Furthermore, test your irrigation once the job has been completed to verify that no damage has occurred.
Chad installed over 1400 feet of 4 board horse fencing on our new farm. I received three estimates and not only was Chad the most competitive, he was also the most responsive and customer driven. Fencing was installed on time with a highly professional crew. I would definitely recommend their services.
The crew arrived promptly and prepared. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed and cleaned up the property before leaving.
We use this company to install fencing around our 1.50 acre property. For the start, they were great to work with and responsive. Justin provided a reasonable estimate for the work so we proceeded to schedule.On the day of installation, the crew showed up early and got right to work. They checked in with me periodically to make sure it was being done to our specific needs and offered suggestions that would make the fence work better in certain areas that had uneven ground.In 3 days time, they completed our beautiful new fence even with rain delays the first day. We used this company to install our vinyl fence...it is Beautiful. We started our journey with Chad who explained everything..He gave us our price for fence and install and he was the first fence company that wasnt asking for a down payment. He advised we would pay once the fence was installed. Which made us trust him from the beginning. His crew Hunter and Vinny were excellent doing the install both were courteous and went the extra mile. Hunter's customer service skills were top notch and his only concern was our happiness with there work. My only complaint was there wasn't handles on the gates. Justin called me back and advised he would order us handles and going forward they would make sure all there customers had gate handles. They had the handles installed today.
