Chad is the proud owner of C. Richie Fencing Co., a company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and a deep-rooted respect for hard work. Citrus County born and raised, growing up around the construction industry—thanks to a grandfather who was a builder and a father who built pools— Chad developed a passion for building things the right way from an early age. At C. Richie Fencing Co., every project reflects a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The team takes an extreme amount of pride in their work, offering top-notch customer service and delivering fencing solutions that stand the test of time. Outside the business, Chad enjoys life on a small farm with his wife and two boys. A lifelong outdoorsman, he spends his free time hunting, fishing, and enjoying the rural lifestyle that inspires his work ethic and values.
Justin McClellan
Justin McClellan is the Operations Manager and COO at C. Richie Fencing Co., where he keeps the gears turning and the fences going up. With over 10 years in the fencing and construction industry, Justin knows how to keep a job on schedule, supplies in stock, and relationships strong — whether with suppliers or the crew. When he's not managing the daily chaos that comes with running a growing company, you'll find him enjoying time with his wife and daughter, casting a line, or heading out for a good hunt. If it involves the outdoors or a solid work ethic, Justin’s all in.
Heather Gula
Heather is an organized and friendly Office Administrator with a passion for creating smooth, efficient workplaces. Known for her warm personality and dedication, she brings both structure and heart to the office. Outside of work, Heather treasures quality time with her daughter and grandkids, finding joy and inspiration in every moment they share.
Blake Beaudry
Blake is the Sales Manager at C. Richie Fencing Co. and has been with the company since its inception. With a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Blake plays a key role in building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions to customers. Blake’s hands-on experience and dedication to excellence have helped shape the company’s reputation for reliability and quality. Known for his approachable style and work ethic, he is an integral part of the team’s continued growth and success. Outside of work, Blake enjoys fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his daughter
Ceasar McKinnon
At work, Caesar leads as our superintendent—a role he takes on with discipline, clarity, and a deep commitment to getting the job done right. He motivates the team through trust, teamwork, and a shared dedication to customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Caesar is just as grounded. He finds joy in farming, values time with family, and brings the same passion to sports that he brings to the job site. Whether he's tending crops, cheering from the sidelines, or sharing a meal with loved ones, Caesar lives by the same principles: hard work, loyalty, and heart. Under Caesar’s leadership, we don’t just work, we grow together.
